Although we spend nearly every Christmas in Mexico  and have  visited every state in Mexico, we have not  had a lot of success with projects there. A first opportunity was in the Barranca de Cobre where we were invited to meet with the Tarahumaras. Although the visit and needs assessment went very well, we were never able return mostly due to the political situation in that part of the country. Fortunately a group from Oxkutxcab in the Yucatan contacted us. Although we were able to visit with them briefly in 2017, we were not able to arrange any projects with them because we had projects already planned in Colombia. In 2019 they contacted us once again. We are hoping to conduct  projects there in 2020 and 2021.
