Project #2 - Nutritional Assessment

​     In order to see if our project had an effect on the the nutritional levels we had to conduct an initial nutritional assessment. On the appointed day we set up in the one room Public Health office in Abundancia. We then systematically measured the heights and weights of approximately 60 children. Following the World Health Organization child nutrition tables, our students at BYU- Idaho were able to assess the overall baseline nutritional levels in the village.
