Project #2 - Public Health Assessment

    BYU Idaho faculty Kelly Evans (Public Health), Kathy Housekeeper (Nursing) and myself Larry Shaw (Environmental Health), were invited to a meeting with Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras representatives. They introduced their Public health programs and faculty and we discussed future collaborations. They then took us to one of the main hospitals in Tegucigalpa and gave us a walk through of the facility. We spent a lot of time in the salon where they train nursing students from the university.
