Project #14 - Latrine Assessment

    Based on the 2010 needs assessment, the original goal was to develop and test prototype latrines to assist the people with their human waste problems. Engineering students at the university had spent the prior semester developing a prototype latrine. Upon arrival it was obvious something had been done recently. Every single house had a brand new latrine behind their house. The Area Humanitarian Projects manager confirmed that they had recently replaced all the latrines.
