Project #11 - Raising Rabbits

​    The goal was to introduce the possibilities of raising rabbits for meat in an effort to increase the nutrition in the Nivacle diet.  One of the chicken coops was retrofitted for rabbits. Then for nearly 2 months we searched for rabbits. The rabbits arrived on our last day in Abundancia.  The plan was to teach Arsenio Lopez some of the details of raising rabbits. A student made a small manual, which was translated to Spanish and given to Arsenio to get him started, The hope was that if it worked out, rabbits could be introduced to more of the community.
